Wise Farms

Gary and Teresa Wise, along with Gary’s parents, William and Helen, own and operate Wise Farms in Mount Olive, North Carolina. The original farming operation, which was founded by Gary’s grandfather, dates back to the 1930s. Wise Farms is our first stop when we shop at the State Farmer's Market.

Carolina Mushroom Farm

Carolina Mushroom Farm is a unique and locally owned farm dedicated to producing the freshest and most sought-after specialty mushrooms in North Carolina. Our state-of-the-art facility includes four large grow rooms that can produce up to an impressive 20,000 pounds of mushrooms per month. Carolina Mushroom Farm produces primarily Grey Oyster mushrooms.

NC Catch
